1. Is my data protected? Will others have access to my data?

Only individuals authorized by your company can have access to company data. These include your in-house and outsourced bookkeepers, accountants, CPAs, and other employees. We may employ restrictions where employees have access only to certain functions.

2. Will you replace my current CPA?

Absolutely not! You may continue using your own local CPA with assistance from your outsourced staff. Our goal is to enhance and improve your bookkeeping and accounting related tasks. Some of our clients feel they are charged too high by CPAs and local staff for bookkeeping and ledger management so we do the more time consuming tasks that can be outsourced to CPAs and accountants in the Philippines for a fraction of the cost of a local

3. What software do you use?

The majority of our clients use Quickbooks, Xero, or Wave, but our team has experience across all major accounting packages.

4. Why should I outsource my accounting?

By outsourcing your accounting tasks, you get to save time and let your local employees focus on other projects that help grow the company. Why answer emails when they can be out there finding you new clients.

5. Does LedgerWorkx prepare Income Tax Returns?

As the law is constantly changing, we recommend that you get experts in the industry to prepare your ITRs. We can serve as a liaison between you and your CPA by doing more time consuming tasks to finish critical paperworks and documentations on time.

6. Can you process my payroll?

Yes, we can process payroll provided that all documents and requirements are given to us.
